Cancellation/Refund Policy

Preorders may be cancelled within 14 calendar days from date of purchase with no penalty. Thereafter, a 10% service fee will be assessed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. No other refunds granted. These are hand-crafted artisan items and custom-produced on a made-to-order basis for each customer so the work performed is unique to that customer. We always work with our customers to ensure a great experience and stand by the quality of what we produce so we'll be happy to address any shipping-damage or possible QC issues upon receipt, within reason.
